I have a nice 3-room cozy apartment with big round balcony in Crimea. Crimea – is a small peninsula on the Black Sea, on the very south of Ukraine.
The place called Nauchny, or the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory, a scientific town located in the Crimean Mountains in 38 km from the capitol
of Crimea -Simferopol. Nauchny is one of the most beautiful, scenic , green, peaceful and ecologically clean places of Crimea. The Black Sea is
about 30 minutes drive; it’s warm and never freezes in winter. The population of the little town is approximately 2.000 people. There are few stores,
bank, post office, school, local clinic, hotel, several shops and daily market, where you can buy fresh fruits, veggies, milk, eggs, fish, meat and
more from the locals, and also is a bus stop to get to the city. The climate is warm, soft and dry. It brings some snow in winter and warm summer
lasts from April until the end of October.
