I am selling 20+ acres of forest with river, and a real gold mine. Listed as one of the top 5 mines in bake County in its day. Still very heavy in "material". I can carry the loan with down payment, or sell the mining rights completely. it is a patended mine as well. The river has never been dredged. great for camping,hunting snowmobilling, mining.
