Lot Loan:
25% down
3 year balloon
Minimum credit score is 720
Interest rate 7.5%
*The loan is amortized over 30 years and is called due after the third. When ready to build they would then take out a construction loan it's a separate entity.
Construction Phase:
Minimum down 20% It's based off the land and cost to build or appraised value, whichever is less
Credit score 700
It's interest only during the time of construction.
The loan is a 30 year fixed
The interst rate is 5.75% for loan amounts up to 600,000.00 and 6% for loans up to 700,000.00.
